Buyers are requested to read 'Description' of an item carefully before placing an order. Once bought, it would be taken that buyer has read and understood all details and agree to them.
We accept all major cards through PayPal including e-Checks. Having a PayPal account is not necessary to place your order.
We do NOT accept money order.
Shipping and Handling Charges:
Shipping charges are payable extra or as specified in item listing.
We ship to all major countries worldwide by DHL except Gulf countries, Afghanistan, Pakistan etc.
Order Processing and Handling Time:
Stock items are shipped within 2 to 5 working days from the date of receiving clear payment or as specified in item listing.
We ship orders Mondays through Fridays. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and local holidays when our office is closed.
Orders are processed and shipped on the basis of information provided by you along with the order. If you placed order with wrong details and/or want to change information, please contact us immediately quoting order number.
We may not be held responsible for the orders when buyer provided wrong/old address and order has been shipped. No claims would be entertained in such matters. However, we assure our best possible co-operation in such matters but it may incur additional charge.
We ship all orders by DHL and they deliver goods at your doorstep duly cleared by customs. International deliveries usually take 3 to 7 business days to United States, Canada and Most of European countries. Shipping may take longer to other parts of the world. Overnight shipping is not available for any part of world.
Duties and Taxes:
We do not charge sales tax / VAT on any of our item. However in some counties, import duty / custom duty etc. may be imposed by their customs / tax authorities. Please contact your local authorities for more information.
Returns and Exchanges:
We strive to offer great products at very competitive prices and take pride in the satisfaction of our customers. We encourage you to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have about an item before you place an order. We will happily assist you directly so that you feel confident in your purchase.
Please keep in mind that because we specialize in handmade products that are timely in nature and use, color and texture of some goods that have been previously ordered may slightly vary in repeat orders. We cannot guarantee that both the items will match in color and texture. Chances are you will receive an exact replica but that is not guaranteed.
Otherwise, all returnable items must be approved and authorized by Padamnabh Exports prior to return shipment. Return/exchange requests must be made within 14 days from the date order was shipped. Returnable item(s) must be in their original condition, unaltered in any way.
Padamnabh Exports, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to evaluate inquiries for exchanges or store credit on a case by case basis. Please contact us to request authorization for your return or exchange before sending.
Upon inspection, if your returned items are deemed in their original condition, we will credit your account within 10 business days from the date your items were received. You will receive email confirmation in this regard.
We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you ship your return via a major carrier with tracking information and delivery confirmation. Shipment and postage fees are non-refundable. We do not provide return postage.
Goods returned for any reason other than defective will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Customized goods are not returnable and all sales are final.
Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Items:
If you received defective / damaged / incorrect merchandise or incomplete order, please let us know the same within 5 days from the date your package was received. We will assist you directly to ensure your satisfaction.
